How to make a wig step by step,

Now you have known the pros and cons of making a wig, are you still looking for a do it yourself wig, If your answer is yes, follow me.I will show you a detailed tutorial on how to make a wig from start to finish with hair bundles with closure.
What thins you will need:

  • Virgin human hair weft
  • Lace Closure (optional)
  • Stocking Cap (or elasticated wig cap)
  • 4ScissorsPolystyrene (Styrofoam) or mannequin head
  • Pearl headed pins (optional but really helpful)

things you will need
Step 1.Preparation
In order to make a perfect and comfortable wig, shoppers need to choose the type of lace cap they wish to use, decide between real human hair and synthetic hair, and then dedicate time to sew the hair in place. The main thing you having to sure the sizing of the cap measured to your head.
Step 2.Forming the Wig Foundation
Personally, I prefer lace [closures] because they’re more flexible and it’s easy to work with when blending your own scalp. You could find a cotton lace cap or another fine net cap that will fit your head and place that over the wig block. You should ensure your custom piece lands on your hair seamlessly like it’s sprouting out of your head

Step 3.Preparing the Hair
I always advise the highest quality hair, whether is it European, Indian, or Chinese virgin hair. You can use any texture natural virgin human hair for your own DIY wig.Hair wefts- about three bundles should suffice (usually 100g per bundle) and you can either choose one length if you want to achieve a gradually layered look or several different lengths to keep the overall length more consistent.
Step 4.Creating the Wig
This is the most key steps.First of all, sew the wig under the edge of the cap in order to it can be worn in a high ponytail. Next, sew using the top and full method for secure wefts. Then make sure you secure the edge of your weft before flipping over.

Apply a new technique by laying your track in a U Shape pattern instead of the back and forth pattern. Not only it would allow the track lay smoothly once you finally apply the wig to your hair, but also, don’t forget to make sure you have tight neat loop&pull stitches when sowing.
Step 5.Putting On the Wig
Ok, next is to test the fit of the wig.Trim the lace. Remove the wig and set it aside. Apply wig tape. Apply the wig. That’s all, so easy, Isn’t it,

Quality wigs are expensive; so many people opt to make their own at a fraction of the cost. I get asked all the time about how to make a wig, well it’s time that I share the quick and easy method.A crochet human hair lace wig is a great choice due to its ease, affordability and how easily you can change the styles!
But like all good things this method has its pros and cons see below:

  • Saves Time
  • Lays Flat
  • Seals Wefts (minimum shedding)
  • Easy to take apart and reconstruct

  • Glue can get messy if you’re not careful
  • If glue gets wet and you don’t dry immediately, glue will loosen
  • Wig can be a little stiff at first, but will loosen up a little after a couple of wears
  • If you ask me the pros outweigh the cons, the con’s are like a warning (be careful when constructing your wig and dry immediately after getting wet)
